Television personality, actress and model Ariana Madix purchased a $1.6 million mid-century modern house in Los Angeles, miles away from her residence with her ex, Tom Sandoval. It signals she may be done living with Sandoval after learning of his cheating scandal. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open floor plan, a living room and a dining area connected to kitchen. Previously, Madix and Sandoval resided in their $2 million house in the Valley Village for nearly four years. In January, Madix filed a lawsuit against Sandoval, seeking to sell their joint house.
