On Saturday, American television personality and philanthropist Bethenny Frankel announced on her Instagram handle that her mother, Bernadette Birk, passed away from lung cancer. Frankel said her mother’s struggles have made her a strong and tough survivor who is able to handle everything. The philanthropist claimed she had a sixth sense that her mom had passed away by dancing to the song “I’m Alive” in her mother’s favorite designer dress as she was dying. She misses her mom as a little girl. In the end, Frankel urged everyone to call, connect, and hug their loved ones, even if they have a complicated relationship.
