Can Conjoined Twins Abby and Brittany Hensel Have Kids?

After the Conjoined Twins revealed Abby Hensel is married to an Army veteran, Josh Bowling, one question rapidly emerged on the internet: Can twins have kids? The twins always wanted to be mothers, but which of the women would legally be considered the mother as they share reproductive organs. Each has a heart and lungs, but their reproductive system is shared. One-half of the formerly conjoined twins, Rosa and Josepha Blazek, had a son in 1910. They were later separated from each other. It is still unclear if a pregnancy is possible for Abby and Brittany.
