Carson Wentz Agrees to a 1-Year Deal with the Kansas City Chiefs

On Tuesday, American football quarterback Carson Wentz agreed to a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. A person familiar with the deal announced the news and spoke on the condition of anonymity as the contract hasn’t been revealed. It was his fifth team Wentz joined in five years to back up three-time Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes. In the last season, Wentz was with the Rams and led Los Angeles to victory in the final game. In 2017, Wentz finished third in AP NFL MVP voting. Wentz’s completion rate is 62.7%, with 22,292 yards, 153 TDs, and 67 interceptions.
