“Day ‘n’ Nite” Singer Kid Cudi Injured His Ankle During Sunday Performance At Coachella 2024

American rapper, singer, and songwriter Kid Cudi had some really bad luck on the third day of the second week of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. When Cudi was performing on Sunday, he tried to dive into the crowd. He started out by losing his footing, then when he jumped off, he hit the ground awkwardly, injuring his ankle. His injury was severe enough that he couldn’t continue with his performance. After the incident, Cudi’s final song, “Pursuit of Happiness,” was played as a recording. He is an excellent performer, so it was a shame that his Coachella set ended with a literal and figurative thud.
