On Sunday, Kevin Costner’s western drama “Horizon: An American Saga” had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, receiving an 11-minute, 40-second ovation. An American Saga will be the first part of a planned four-part series produced, directed and starring Costner. The film co-stars Sienna Miller, Alejandro Edda, Luke Wilson, Abbey Lee, and Costner’s son, Hayes Logan Costner. On premier night, Costner was overwhelmed by the applause. He said, “There’s no place like here; I’ll never forget this.” “I made this movie … it’s not mine anymore; this is yours, and I knew that the minute it was over.”
