Nicki Minaj Arrested: The Rapper Released From Police Custody Over Drug Possession

On Saturday morning, Trinidadian-born rapper and singer-songwriter Nicki Minaj was arrested for allegedly carrying drugs at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. However, the rapper is now freed from police custody after paying a hefty fine. She also posted a video of her arrest on Instagram. Minaj talked about her scheduled concert in Manchester, part of her Pink Friday 2 World Tour being postponed due to arrest. However, the rapper denied the ownership of drugs. She said they belonged to her security personnel. Minaj also accused various parties of sabotaging her tour, saying, “They’ve been trying to stop her from coming to every show.”
