Yazan Kafarnah, a 10-year-old boy from Gaza, has become the symbol of starvation amid the ongoing conflict. Afflicted by cerebral palsy, his health deteriorated significantly during the Israeli campaign against Hamas and the subsequent siege on Gaza. Tragically, Yazan’s struggle ended in his death from malnutrition and a respiratory infection.
