In the ongoing custody battle between rapper 50 Cent and his ex Daphne Joy for their son, Sire, the rapper has spoken out against the accusations of rape and physical abuse. The rapper made a statement that the allegations made by Daphne Joy are false and baseless. 

It has required him to take all the necessary legal actions to seek sole custody of his son. Joy took to the Instagram to accuse 50 Cent of rape and abuse. She also accused him of neglecting their son.

He had failed to fulfill his son’s responsibilities as a father and had caused irreparable harm to the family. The situation took a further turn after Joy’s alleged involvement in a sex trafficking lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs

Joy was implicated as an alleged sex worker employed by Diddy in a lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Both Joy and Diddy vehemently denied these allegations, with Joy announcing her intention to pursue legal action against Jones for defamation.

The public spat between 50 Cent and his ex-partner not only exposes the personal animosity between the former couple but also raises serious questions about their son’s well-being. As the custody dispute unfolds, the focus remains on ensuring Sire’s safety and welfare.
